Offering enhanced mobile capabilities such as offline data storage and text messaging support, MBS Field Tech aims to elevate your customer service quality and workforce productivity.

Create, update, and close trouble tickets and tasks
Organize tasks efficiently using your personal calendar
Manage customer premise equipment remotely, including seamless provisioning requests to the MBS SAM (service provisioning) module
