The MBS Field Technician app enables field technicians and staff to efficiently manage their tasks while out in the field or on the road. This application acts as the mobile complement to CDG's MBS solution designed for customer care and service management. It allows technicians, installers, and personnel to maintain customer premise equipment, allocate available resources for service orders, handle trouble tickets, and organize operations through personal calendars. Offering enhanced mobile capabilities such as offline data storage and text messaging support, MBS Field Tech aims to elevate your customer service quality and workforce productivity.
